Abstract
This article highlight the critical role of
ergonomic principles in dental practice to prevent work-related musculoskeletal
disorders (MSDs) among dental professionals, emphasizing the need for proper
posture, equipment adjustments, and patient positioning to minimize strain on
the practitioner's body, ultimately improving their health, comfort, and
productivity while delivering quality dental care.
